Shipping & Delivery

We design, manufacture and deliver in-house, so your piece is handled by our own team from factory to fitting.

• Free delivery on every order over ₹25,000. Below that, a flat ₹1,500 applies.
• Ready pieces dispatch in 10–15 days; made-to-order and modular units take 3–5 weeks.
• We deliver across Tamil Nadu — Chennai to Nagercoil — and install on site where needed.
• You'll get a call to fix a delivery slot; larger units are carried in and assembled by our fitters.

Returns & Cancellation

• Cancel any order before it enters production for a full refund — just message us on WhatsApp.
• If a piece arrives damaged or not as described, we repair or replace it at no cost.
• Because most pieces are built to your size and finish, made-to-order items can't be returned for a change of mind.

Warranty

Every piece carries a 10-year warranty on the structure and joinery, and a 1-year warranty on hardware, hinges and soft-close mechanisms. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal use — it does not cover accidental damage, water damage or misuse.

Payments

• All prices are in ₹ (INR), inclusive of GST.
• Order on WhatsApp and pay by UPI or bank transfer on confirmation.
• Online card / UPI / netbanking is available once the studio connects its secure payment account (Razorpay).
• Made-to-order pieces are confirmed with a part-advance; the balance is due before dispatch.

Made to Measure

Any piece in the collection can be rebuilt to your exact wall, size and finish — the same factory, the same craft. Just send us an enquiry with the dimensions and we'll come back with a quote.

Privacy

We only use the details you share — your name, phone and address — to process and deliver your order. Your cart, wishlist and orders are stored on your own device, not on a server. We never sell your data.
